1st/2nd Line IT Support – FTC 12 months, full time

Our client, a global marketing agency, with a holistic approach to creativity, technology and media is looking for a 1st /2nd line IT support team member to join their dynamic team of digital marketing professionals in their PPC centre of excellence in London, Islington.

We are looking for an experienced IT Support candidate supporting the IT infrastructure of our client’s growing UK business.

Key Responsibilities:

 Maintaining and managing:

  • Responsible for the setting up and configuration of new PC’s;
  • Support of IT systems, such as phones, pcs, laptops, printers, networking, operating systems, email, telephony;
  • To support the set up and administration of UK users Active Directory and email accounts
  • To manage the set up and administration of company network user profiles;
  • Management of email signatures of all UK staff;
  • Evaluating user needs and system functionality and ensuring that ICT facilities meet these needs and providing users with appropriate support and advice on an ongoing basis;
  • Ensure IT Assets are documented correctly;
  • To provide secure access to the network for remote users;
  • Check & test IT backups;
  • Ensure Updates are being deployed (OS & Applications) / end user.


  • Liaise with suppliers for IT procurement both hardware & software;
  • Liaise with the IT Manager for all aspects of IT improvements;
  • Communicate effectively with other team members and provide feedback where necessary;
  • Maintain records as appropriate and ensure all related documents are filed in an orderly manner;
  • Maintain and update records relating to working practices and procedures for use by other team members
  • Travel to industry events, our other business offices and client’s premises where applicable;
  • Pursue continuing professional development in relation to the role and its duties and responsibilities as agreed through appraisals or at other times;


  • Previous experience in an IT helpdesk or IT Support Engineer role is essential;
  • Email management experience via Office 365 & Google Apps would be advantageous;
  • Experience with Windows desktop and user administration tasks in Active Directory is essential and you will need to be comfortable managing basic mailbox management tasks in Outlook;
  • Basic network troubleshooting skills are also required;
  • You will have a degree or relevant industry experience and qualifications;


Salary: circa £21,000.00 per annum depending on experience + benefits

Customer Service Admin Assistant – Culcheth, Warrington


Our client, has a growing packaging business with an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join as an Customer Service Executive. We are looking for either an experienced administration assistant, account executive or customer service executive that can develop an existing customer base through excellent order management. The role will involve looking after many existing customers and could involve occasional travel across Europe and the UK.

The responsibilities of the Customer Service Admin Assistant will be:

Processing customer purchase orders

Communicating with all stakeholders including customers, transport companies, suppliers etc

Meetings with customers and suppliers

Project managing new campaigns

Working to targets and deadlines

The skills and experience of the required Customer Service Admin Assistant are:

£16,000 to £18,000 basic per annum depending on experience
